Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rank-Hub ("the Service"), operated by Bengin Cetindere (Sole Proprietor) registered in Germany ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

Rank-Hub is an AI SEO consultant for websites. It drafts a search strategy for your site, recommends specific changes with the evidence behind them, maps the topics worth covering, writes articles, and tracks what changed after work was done. The specific features of the Service may vary and are subject to change over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our sole discretion and without notice.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain parts of the Service. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account.

4. Your Content and Data

When you use the Service, you provide or connect content such as your website address, answers and instructions you give the consultant, Knowledge Base entries, and data from connected accounts:

  • You retain ownership of your content and your data.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, use, and store that content to provide the Service.
  • You may use the strategies, recommendations, and articles the Service produces for you for any personal or commercial purpose.

We store your content only as long as necessary to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete the associated content and data.

You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others, and you may only add websites you own or are authorized to manage.

5. Purchases and Payments

Access to certain features of the Service requires payment. Payment terms, access durations, and usage limits are subject to change. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Paddle. Your use of paid features is also subject to those providers’ terms.

6. Third-Party Services

We use external services and providers to operate and improve the Service, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • Paddle (payment processing)
  • Cloudflare (infrastructure and performance)
  • PostHog (analytics)

Use of the Service may involve data processing by these providers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. AI Content and Limitations

The Service produces AI-generated analysis, recommendations, and articles. While we strive for accuracy and quality, results may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you should review them before acting on or publishing them. Search rankings and traffic depend on factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or business result.

8. Connected Accounts and Your Website

You may connect third-party accounts, such as Google Search Console, to the Service. We access them with read-only permissions and use the data only to provide the Service. You can disconnect them at any time.

The Service does not change your website on its own. You decide which recommendations to carry out and what to publish, and you remain responsible for the content on your website.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse.

You may delete your account at any time. Doing so will permanently delete all associated data and content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rank-Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rank-Hub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
